May 20, 2026, is the last day to submit public comments of unique experiences, data, anecdotes, or examples of increased costs, reduced access, workforce barriers, or student impact to strengthen the public record for shaping the final rule.

BSMT’s public comment challenges flawed government wage data, defends single-program institutions, and advocates for the students we intend to serve. The Department of Education is legally required to consider substantive comments.
