Troy LavigneWith over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist and educator, Troy is passionate about helping others learn, heal, and thrive. Based in Sherbrooke, Quebec, he serves his local community while also teaching internationally.
After graduating from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and then beginning his practice in 2004, he has continually evolved his approach—shifting from more aggressive techniques to a gentle, neuro-focused style grounded in how the body and nervous system respond to touch. Guided by exceptional mentors, he has learned the importance of listening to the body and balancing the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems to support meaningful change.
